At the top of the page, you’ll see a personalized greeting with an overview of the current status. This section displays how many tickets are waiting to be answered and celebrates your progress if there are no active tickets.
Key Metrics
On the right side, you’ll find key statistics showing:

this month. Both metrics include percentage changes compared to previous periods to give you a clear sense of improvement or activity trends.
Total Tickets Graph
This graph provides a visual representation of the number of tickets created over the selected time frame. You can quickly see ticket volumes day by day, helping you identify periods of high or low activity.
Active Tickets by Category
This section shows the current number of active tickets, organized by category. It’s useful for seeing which areas or topics are generating the most activity on your server.
Activity Log
The activity log at the bottom records key actions and events, such as bot setup and system activities. It helps you track important milestones and changes made on the server, with timestamps for each entry.
